Tenor in Sydney Store

The Music Place Annandale now has s Selmer MkVI tenor sax ready for sale. This Sax is a real looker. The lacquer is all gone so it has the real vintage patina that the Selmer MkVI is known for. Built in1971, with a serial number of 186xxx, it places this Selmer MkVI towards the end of the MkVI era. This instrument has been overhauled recently, so the pads are in excellent shape. The bow has a little dent and the thumb hook plate has been re-soldered. It is an 8.5/10 horn. This horn sings. It has a beefy, robust sound. This Selmer MkVI blows freely from top to bottom.
