been inspected by a technician. If we find that extra work is required after commencement of the
quoted work, we will contact you. We will then discuss options and pricing prior to commencement
of any extra work. We aim to always have your instrument playing at its best.

Standard Service for Resin and Plastic Clarinets - $120

• Check for Leaks
• Check tenon corks (up to 1 replace if required)
• Check & clean pads (replace up to 4 as required)
• Remove lost motion (key regulation) in keywork
• Replace felts & corks as required
• Lubricate and realign keywork if required
• Check pivot screws and rods.
• Playtest

Full Service for Bb Clarinets - $350

• Remove keys
• Check pads & clean. Replace up to 4 pads
• Check tenon corks (replace up to 1 if required)
• Check and replace felts & corks as required
• Inspect tone holes and level as required
• Oil bath all joints - inside and out, basic polish of body
• Clean and basic polish key work
• Tighten key work as required
• Reassemble and reseat pads
• Lubricate keywork
• Playtest

Repad & Overhaul for Resin and Plastic Clarinets

Repadding and/or overhaul work on resin or plastic clarinets is undertaken on a case by case basis.
The reason for this is that until we have inspected the clarinet we are unable to determine how much
work is required and unfortunately sometimes the amount of work required outweighs the price of
an equivalent instrument.

Overhaul for Wooden Bb Clarinet - $450

• Dismantle keywork and remove old pads
• Wash and oil bath body
• Chemically clean keywork
• Hand polish keywork & body
• Replace pads, felts & corks
• Level toneholes
• Seat pads and close leaks
• Realign posts
• Tighten keywork as required
• Lubricate keywork
• Balance action and regulate keywork
• Playtest

Clarinet Restoration

All restorations are quoted on a case by case basis after inspection. Please call us to arrange a
suitable time.

Repad, overhaul and restorations on soprano, alto, bass and contra bass clarinets are all quoted upon
