Dear Music Place, My alto sax is playing beautiful, it really settled down after a couple of days, it feels like a new instrument. I look forward to trying the Jody Jazz mouthpieces, please let me know when you are likely to have some in, the other sax player from the Sapphire Princess will also come to try some. Thanks again,

Dear Music Place,
Thanks so much for my "new" horn!! The new springs and the completerebalancing of the action feels fantastic - much lighter and even.I've enjoyed my Vintage Temby tenor for several years now, but thetweaking that's just been done helps improve the comfort andplayability to another level again. And the mother-of-pearl keys bothlook and feel great - just a slight difference but it does feel morecomfortable and secure. I also appreciate the time taken after it was

I am writing to thank The Music Place and your generosity in providing a Temby Vintage Soprano Saxophone for me to use last weekend while performing with my son, Adam Simmons, as part of The Adam Simmons Retrospective Festival being presented in conjunction with The Melbourne Fringe Festival, my own soprano sax was no longer a usable option. I was deeply appreciative of the loan of this instrument as the soprano was the first saxophone that Adam became acquainted with as a child, with me jamming to records on weekends and I did want to use soprano on some pieces when playing with him. I also greatly enjoyed the opportunity to play a Temby instrument in a performance situation, having had the opportunity to try out each of the Temby Saxophones that Adam has purchased over the years. I can honestly say that the Temby Vintage Soprano was a revelation to play, speaking with a clear, responsive tone and accurate intonation throughout the entire range, having a fast, clean key action and beautifully placed side keys, that, to my delight, allowed me to forget the instrument and to play with a confidence and ease that I have never experienced with my own, now retired, Borgani.
Thank you,
