With one of the largest plantations Gonzalez produce upwards of 12000 reeds a day! • Gonzalez gouged and profiled English horn canes are manufactured with highly precise machinery, so that extremely clean cuts are achieved ensuring a tight fold of the cane.
• • ​The tubes from which these canes are manufactured have a diameter that can vary between 11.5mm and 12.5mm. They come from our own plantations, cultivated ecologically at the foot of the Andes.
• Gonzalez gouged English horn canes are manufactured with extremely precise machinery from carefully selected tubes. Through a process researched and developed by our company, we were able to obtain curved edges in their exact diameter. It is possible to request the thickness of the gouging.
