Tip Openings & Reed Recommendations

Because of the high baffle and short facing curve, most players will comfortably play:

• One size larger tip opening than usual

• Softer reeds than they typically use

That’s why the QUASAR™ line begins at size 6 and tops out at 9* (.105″).
